Requirements
Printlight is built for iPhone with iOS 26 or later (iPhone 11 or newer). There is no iPad or Android version.
If the camera or saving doesn't work
- Open iOS Settings, then Printlight, and make sure Camera and Photos are allowed.
- Check that your iPhone has free storage. RAW photos are large.
- Force-quit Printlight and open it again.
Sending a diagnostics report
Open Settings in Printlight and choose Send diagnostics report. It contains a small log from your iPhone and no photos, and you choose where it goes.
Refunds
Purchases are handled by Apple. To ask for a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
